Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. This includes responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day.

Requirements
- Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and listening
- Self-motivated
- Detail-oriented
- Proactive in problem-solving
- Dedicated to customer service
- Experience with various computer applications, particularly Windows
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to relate well to customers
- Property and Casualty license (or the ability to obtain)
- Life and Health license (or the ability to obtain)

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
